Tessa Cramer
MA, LPC

Tessa began her counseling path at Boston College where she completed a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. While there her internship included training in Cooperative Play Therapy, and from that time her love of play therapy blossomed. Tessa uses the framework of play therapy to enter into kid's lives and help them make peace with painful and scary emotions arising from mood disorders, trauma, and difficult life transitions. Tessa is also skilled in working with families and individuals of all ages to help support the healing process.

About Me

Tessa has worked with clients in a variety of settings as both a practitioner and a supervisor. This breadth of experience has shown her that every person’s path to healing is unique. Tessa adapts her style and interventions to give her clients the support they need to find their unique healing path.

Tessa finds joy in combining her experience and training to support her clients on their journey towards health and happiness. Tessa has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions and adjustment challenges, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, stress, impulse control, and post-partum issues.
