Hayley Rose
M.A., NCC

Hayley Rose is a board-certified resident in counseling who possesses a diverse background of skills. She holds a degree in Music and Business (Summa Cum Laude) and graduated with High Distinction with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a classically trained professional violinist, and music educator, Hayley brings 25 years of experience playing, teaching, and coaching in the performing arts to integrative fruition in her current clinical practice. She has had the honor of performing at the Kennedy Center, and by special request at a solo performance at The White House. Additionally, she has worked backstage with artists in live theater production. She credits her life as an artist and coach with the crystallization of the idea that sensitive leaders create an atmosphere where others can reach their full potential with their personal agency intact. 

About Me

Hayley is a committed researcher and writer on the topics of diversity and equity and has compassion for those marginalized by injustices, including trauma of all types. She has a particular interest in mental health concerns for those who are high-performing, in demanding and creative professions, including artists, athletes, and executives. She also enjoys helping older adults navigate the challenges associated with retirement and aging. Hayley is devoted to supporting patients in their journeys of growth and healing by forming a strong and empowering therapeutic alliance.
